About Gwyn
“Selling Homes for People…Finding Homes for People…Its who I am. Its what I do.” Nothing describes my love for the real estate industry better than the slogan I have embraced for many years.
In 1987 I began a career as a real estate sales agent. But through the years, I have increased my scope of the industry through petroleum land and title work. Petroleum land work allowed me to become skilled in all phases of land…whether a city lot or acreage . East Texas properties often right-of-ways and natural resource leases such as oil and gas and coal. Although, as a real estate agent, we do not research mineral ownership, it is beneficial to have an agent that recognizes its existence.
History and Art are very prevalent to East Texans and dear to me. Therefore, I am a member of The Art League of Marshall, Longview Art Museum, East Texas Art Forum, Gregg County Historical Commission, the Marion County Historical Preservation Commission and Marion County Museum. As a real estate and history freelance writer for Longview News from 2012-2016 I have acquired a vast knowledge of the history of East Texas and an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate industry. As content coordinator for a neighborhood magazine in Longview and Hallsville, have had the privilege of becoming personally acquainted with and involved in local activities.
My goal, as an agent, is to serve the individual real estate needs of buyers and sellers in a way that our relationship becomes permanent throughout our lifetime. Real Estate is about YOU.
